Wedding & Event Rental Inventory
As my little company has grown over the amazing summer and wedding season, I have had to hire some lovely employees to accommodate for the orders, as well as start taking my linens to the cleaners. My home machines can no longer bare the burden of 100 linens every Monday! Our new prices reflect the expansions in the company.
There are also NO MORE laundry fees! Hooray! Though a new $100 cleaning Insurance will be mandatory for every order placed over $100 that is refundable* This way people will only get $ back after the event, and not a bill.
Also, a non-refundable 10% deposit will be required to reserve linens.
*Please remember that I am a wedding coordinator who offers rentals and not a rental company who does coordinating. There is a difference!
*Linens have a set quantity per color available for the listed price, with the exception of white, ivory and black. I am more than happy to still offer more per color for a "Special Order" rate on linens exceeding the set limit per color.
My rental rates are affordable as such that I have eliminated many of the bells and whistles that high prices accommodate. As a 1 person company
Linens will come FOLDED, in a delivery tote or laundry bag so they will have creases and some wrinkle that is inheriant to the nature of folded fabric. For the set price you will have to provide your own steaming. Please refrain from ironing as that tends to leave shiny lines and you will be charged for replacing each linen. Linens are NOT pressed for this budget rental rate.
Chair covers are also FOLDED and will have creases, at the rental price of $2.50 you will have to provide your own steaming.
Listed prices do not include, delivery, setup/breakdown fees or laundry fees.
My inventory is based on a "per order" count, meaning that I do not have all of these items just sitting in the office, but I have to order them for you. Therefore I need at least 3 weeks notice prior to your event date.
Payment Structure: All orders must be placed on a credit card
A 10% (of the total quote) deposit is required to reserve the items.
This 10% is refundable if order is canceled within 14 days of giving the deposit.
At 4 weeks prior to your event date, the remaining 40% of the first half of your order total is automatically charged to the card, and is non-refundable, as by that point I have turned others away.* (so you will have paid 50% the total at this point)
The remaining balance will be automatically charged 14 days prior to your event date and is non-refundable, as I will have already ordered your items by then.
*Please review the Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions Contract given to you at your consultation for specific guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, exchanges, order reductions and deposit transfers.
GEG Delivery/Pick up Fees*:
Friday/Sunday ONLY= $4.00* per mile from our location in mileage
Example: You want linens delivered to a venue that is 10 miles from my office then delivery and pickup will be $40 total.
*If your order requires a delivery trailer (tables and chairs) or more than one truck, the additional delivery fees will be calculated at your Initial Consultation
*Remember, it's just me in this 1 person company! I'm driving the trailer and unloading it.

Friday/Monday= FREE
*All items are available for FREE client pickup/return with proper transportation. Extensions available for 5% the total rental fees per additional day. (since I would have to hire someone to meet you at the office).
Set-up/Break-down: Only available to clients who have also booked a coordinating package
